Terms of service

The rules for using 0xPulse. By signing in or starting the demo, you agree to them.

Updated

The service

0xPulse simulates how trading signals you provide would have filled on Binance USDⓈ-M futures, using historical market data and the rules described in How it works. It does not connect to your exchange account and never places orders.

Not investment advice

Results are simulations of your own signals on historical data. They depend on assumptions and on data that can be incomplete, and real fills can differ. Nothing on 0xPulse is investment, financial or trading advice, and past results do not predict future returns. You alone decide whether and how to trade.

Your account

You need a working email address, or a Google account, to sign in. Keep access to it: whoever can read your sign-in links can use your account. You must be at least 18. The demo gives temporary access without an account and ends after 7 days.

Your data

You keep all rights to the signals and files you upload. You give 0xPulse the permission it needs to store, process and display them to you in order to run the service, and nothing more. You must have the right to upload what you upload. How we handle data is set out in the Privacy policy.

Fair use

0xPulse is free to use for now, with limits on simulations per day, runs at the same time, file size and storage, shown in the app. Do not try to get around them: no automated access outside the app, no creating demos or accounts in bulk, no attempts to read other users’ data or to disrupt the service. We may suspend access that breaks these rules.

Changes and availability

We may change, limit or stop features, including the free limits, and we will say so in the app before a change that takes something away from signed-in users. The service is provided as it is and as available, without warranties of any kind, to the extent the law allows.

Liability

To the extent the law allows, 0xPulse is not liable for trading losses, lost profits or any indirect damage arising from the use of the service or of its results.

Ending

You can stop using 0xPulse at any time and ask us to delete your account. We may close an account that breaks these terms.
